Focused attention for the people in your care.
SafeWatch is a technology-enabled patient observation and behavioral support network connecting healthcare organizations with trained professionals when vulnerable patients and residents require focused attention.
Through specialized workforce solutions, training, credentialing, scheduling, documentation, and quality oversight, we add a layer of support designed to keep patients safe, support staff, and protect communities.

SafeWatch Academy
Training built specifically for observation and behavioral support. Professionals complete required orientation, competency validation, and role-specific training before becoming eligible for applicable assignments.

For professionals who observe with patience and judgment.
We seek dependable people who bring compassion, sound judgment, and respect to every assignment. Behavioral observation, redirection, and support are focused, nonclinical roles that help protect dignity while promoting safety.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a specific pay rate, or placement on an assignment.
Join SafeWatchBuilt from experience. Created to meet a need.
SafeWatch was created around a simple reality: some patients and residents need more attention than a busy care team can consistently provide. It grew from more than 20 years of healthcare leadership across senior living, memory care, and behavioral health.
The problem was never a lack of compassion. It was capacity. Our objective is not simply to fill shifts, but to build infrastructure around focused human observation.

Mission
To protect vulnerable individuals through focused observation, specialized behavioral support, and trained professionals who strengthen care teams and provide reassurance to families.
Vision
To set the national standard for technology-enabled patient observation and behavioral support, connecting trained professionals, healthcare organizations, education, and technology to keep patients safe, support staff, and protect communities.
Keeping patients safe. Supporting staff. Protecting communities.
